SUMMARY:Online Pool Operator Class
DESCRIPTION:Aquatic Training & Consulting Service is excited to offer a two-day pool operator course based on the National Model Aquatic Health Codes.  This class will be offered as an instructor-led\, virtual course through the GoToWebinar platform. \nWe have had success with the online version of the course\, but please be patient. Technology and internet connections can be frustrating to navigate at times. Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection and that nothing is streaming on your connection while you are participating in the training. \nStudents will be sent their webinar link two days prior to the course.  Upon receiving the link\, students should click on the link and fill out the registration page with the address where they would like to receive their certificate.  GoToWebinar will send you a Join Webinar link via email the day of the training. \nHere are the instructions that ATCS suggests students follow to access the training: \n\nPlease ensure you print your handbook before the class starts by accessing a pdf of your manual. Pre-register for the webinar through the web address provided to you via email.\nDuring pre-registration\, you will be asked for your physical mailing address. Kindly provide the address where you would like your certificate to be sent. After preregistering\, you will receive an email with a link to access the training. You may also need to download the GoToWebinar software or app on your device; please do this prior to class.\nIt is important to be punctual for the class and allow a few minutes to log in. The class for new pool operators will take place from 8 am to 3 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 4 pm on weekends. Class times are in Eastern Time Zone.\nThe test will be conducted online (100 questions for new operators) with a 2-hour time limit. Directions to access the test will be provided during the class.\nIf you need to contact the instructor\, you can text him at 240-529-5774. In addition to the handbook\, the online resource page contains valuable information.\nUpon successful completion\, ATCS will email a scanned copy of the original certificate the day after the class and send the original in the mail. DESCRIPTION:American Red Cross Lifeguard Review Classes are for individuals who are currently certified or recently expired lifeguards. This class requires the completion of all lifeguard skills and written tests. Students will need to bring their own CPR mask or will need to buy one at the class for $10.
